From September 23 to 27, the first regional training within the AGREE project - Action for Girls’ Rights to Equality and Empowerment, supported by the European Union through the IPA III program - was held in Tuzla.
During five intensive days, youth workers from partner organizations had the opportunity to learn from each other, exchange experiences, and develop ideas on gender equality and anti-discrimination. The training provided a space for learning, inspiration, and connection, while the knowledge gained and new partnerships will contribute to creating communities where girls and young people have more opportunities for empowerment and equal participation.
The AGREE project continues with further activities, while the experience from Tuzla remains a foundation for future joint steps in building a society of equal opportunities in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo*, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Albania, Turkiye and Romania.
