The part of the programme in Serbia is oriented towards capacity building of which deal with ethnic and minority rights in south Serbia. This broad goal is achieved through workshops, training and seminars focusing on the topics ranging from the establishment and management of NGOs to needs assessments in the local communities. Thanks to the joint efforts of the Youth Forum for Roma Education, an NGO from Bujanovac, and CYSO, a network of seven NGOs from the south of Serbia was established. The seven NGOs in the network have started cooperation with other NGOs in their local communities, establishing an overall network for support and cooperation, which will continue to work after the programme activities have finished.
Fondi Kristian and Femijeve Shqiperi Organisation is responsible for implementation of the programme in Albania. They have organized many workshops, training sessions, joint events and seminars for their local partners. The emphasis of the programme, just like in Serbia, was on networking, which resulted in the establishment of the Federation of Roma in Albania
The programme is funded by EU CARDS programme and Un Enfant Par La Main, a French NGO.
