The Agreement was signed by Bojana Velickov, the Deputy Mayor, Svetlana Glodic, Deputy Director of CYSO, Milorad Taskovic, Director of Ekocetas and Dusan Stevanovic, the Principal of Vuk Karadzic primary school at a ceremony, organized by the City of Vranje.

This Agreement is the first cooperation agreement signed among a non-governmental organisation, an educational institution, a profit-making organisation and local government authorities in South Serbia.
