In May 2025, the organization Pomoc deci launched a new project that empowers children from smaller and rural communities around Vranje to recognize and prevent violence among and against children.

The project is part of a Europe-wide initiative led by Eurochild, supported by the European Commission’s DAPHNE – CHILD programme, and implemented in partnership with Terre des Hommes.

Through education, awareness campaigns, and peer support, more than 220 children will become active agents of change in their communities.
