Najsiromašniji srednjoškolci u Vranju i Bujanovcu i studenti Romi iz Vranja i Bujanovca dobiće stipendije u visini državnih stipendija kao podršku za obrazovanje.  Konkurs je u toku.

On the 9th November, a Cooperation Agreement in the Field of Environment Protection was signed by CYSO, the City of Vranje, Vuk Karadzic primary school and the company Ekocetas, which purchases recyclable waste material. The agreement defines roles of each partner in joint efforts for promotion of environment protection, safe collection and purchase of recyclable waste material.

The finals in environment protection related knowledge competitions for primary and secondary school students from Vranje and Bujanovac was organised in the Cultural Centre in Bujanovac on the 10th November. Students were split into 3 categories: a group 1st to 4th grade, a group 5th to 8th grade and the secondary school students. The youngest competitors competed individually for the first three prizes, whilst the others were competing as class teams.
